- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've banked with key for a number of years. First of all I have nothing good to say about this branch, I have some financial issues which I take full responsibility for my financial situation. I spoke to the branch manager, Justin, which he does not have your best interest in mind. He misled me to believe that applying for a loan would assist with my problems. He said that he would assist in providing advice on what my best options are... well that never happened.... he lied. If you are looking for a bank... this is not one that you can trust to have your best interest in mind. This is a bank where their managers just want to meet their loan application quota. i do not recommend this bank! I will be filing a formal complaint.By N D, January 14, 2017
