- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Efficiency in helping customers isn't a priority here. I've stopped here a couple times and I'm always standing around waiting unlike any other branch I've been to. Today, I stood in a line of 5 people that didn't move for 10 minutes so I left. There were only 2 people working the desks. As I left, I noticed 2 guys sitting in there personal office chairs playing on their cellphones. Direct customer service might be good but that doesn't matter when I have to stand around waiting.By Justin R., August 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst Fifth Third branch I have ever been to. Every time I go to this branch it is nothing but issues. Staff is polite and good at offering explanations.
